Located just outside of New York City, this multi-generational ground up beach house has something for everyone – from a pool and hot tub, basketball half court, outdoor kitchen, 9 bedrooms including a bunk room, a media room, playroom and more.
Situated in a flood zone, we elevated the entire building above the 100 year flood plane so that the owner could enjoy a full basement as of right.
This elegant stair weaves the many room of the house into a cohesive whole.
The bunkroom, which has three triple decker bunkbeds and a loft, is an awesome place for the kids to hang.
With bathrooms throughout the house this one gets its light from above.
The primary bath boasts a large circular window above the soaking tub.
