Shingle Style Modern Remix
Although commissioned to add a master suite and garage wing, this job evolved into a complete exterior and interior makeover. The existing house, on beautiful waterfront property, received an updated shingle style exterior and an ultra contemporary interior.
A magnificent home evolved by replacing siding, chimneys, roofing and windows. A lovely plateau was crafted from a sloping site, thus engaging the house with the site so there was easy flow in and out.
Similarly on the interior floors, doors, stairs, kitchen and baths were replaced to create a dramatic modern home.
