Two early 20th century apartments side by side were joined to form a gracious loft on the upper west side. A big open living, dining, kitchen was crafted out of several small rooms. Windows were placed in the lot line wall to capture fabulous views of the Hudson River. Maple cabinets and floors and lots of windows give the apartment a light and airy ambiance. A structural column centrally located to the living space was turned into a TV/media center and bar. Details are spare to reflect the “zen” life style of the occupants.
