Who We Are

Siris/Coombs Architects, an award-winning architectural firm noted for their creative solutions to a wide variety of design projects. Their work is primarily in the Northeast. Established by Jane Siris and Peter Coombs in 1977, their practice was first highly publicized nationally and internationally with the construction of a spectacular three-story penthouse in the Upper West Side. Since then, Siris/Coombs has been known for their careful and contextual integration of modern construction technologies with the restoration and renovation of existing buildings.

Sustainable building has become a central focus for Siris/Coombs. As both LEED accredited and a member of the Green Building Council, they have three current projects achieving LEED status including two Connecticut homes.

Siris/Coombs performs many services including architectural and urban design, interior design, historic preservation, site selection, site planning, zoning analysis, feasibility studies, rooftop expansion assessment, and space planning.

Siris/Coombs Architects is a New York state certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WEB).
