This little sandwich shop nestled in the heart of Windsor Terrace has a catering kitchen in the rear that doubles as cooking classroom. The original space had been stripped bare, down to the brick. We brightened it up with all new finishes, lighting and millwork, added central heating and cool, a commercial hood and a power upgrade so they could get cooking!
Beyond their delicious sandwiches and coffee, they also sell and display artisanal food, drinks and old school candy.
In the middle of the space, the eating area overlooks the catering kitchen and classroom.
