This 2100 sf pre-war apartment was completely renovated, enlarging the kitchen, and master bath, creating a private master suite and creating flexibile family rooms that could be used for sleeping or recreation. Central air conditioning was seemlessly integrated into the aparment while not diminishing head height in any of the public spaces.
The art deco fireplace came from the owner’s previous apartment and is retro-fit with an alcohol burning hearth insert.
The deep window seat is a continuation of the banquet seating in the kitchen.
The powder room features a custom designed faux antique dresser for a vanity. One of the condensing units is hidden in the thickened exertior wall.
