Zabar Apartment
Two 6 room apartments were merged into a flawlessly integrated duplex apartment. The placement of the stair was critical to joining the apartments in a way in which the duplex seems like it was the originally planned that way.
The kitchen and dining rooms were merged to create a large kitchen/family room. The materials’ palette combined a stainless steel storage wall, fiberglass overhead panel doors with stainless steel frames, tiger maple base cabinets, Jerusalem marble floors and dark marble counters.
